The position is a versatile and multi-faceted role in our business. The primary job duty is going above and beyond to ensure our guests' experience is unforgettably FUN from start to finish.

Daily duties include but are not limited to: assisting guests with selecting prizes at our best-in-the-industry redemption center, reporting game issues that arise during shift, cleaning games and equipment, stocking prizes, and assisting guests with their needs as they play at our facility

• At least 1 year experience in dealing with the general public in Retail/Food Service/Customer service/or Guest services is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be outwardly friendly, caring and enthusiastic.
• Must have the ability to professionally diffuse tense situations.
• Must be able to tolerate a fast-paced environment.
• Must have dependable transportation to work.
• Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Must promote and support a “team” work environment by cooperating and helping co-workers.
